Heidi Timken was elected to serve on the 2009 Board of Directors for East Bay Crew. Heidi is the Membership Director, working directly with the Membership Committee to maintain and grow this vital business organization. Leslie Johnson and Heidi Timken are representing a group of property owners in San Francisco whose property rights are in jeopardy by virtue of proposed legislation which would severely curtail their ownership rights under San Francisco’s Below Market Rate Condo Conversion Program. Johnson and Timken have appeared before the Land Use and Economic Development Committee (a Board of Supervisors Committee) to advocate for their clients’ interests in July and August and expect to be back before the Committee in September.
